Iron, silicone, electromotors
Carousel is a sort of iron orchestra, which continues the series of kinetic “musical instrument” made of metal. The object is a welded construction that resembles the skeleton of a chain carousel with silicone casts of the human backs. Backs are hung over vertebral columns using iron hooks (8 pieces). When rotated with the motor, the carousel produces a melody of clang and rattle, and the speed of the sound depends on the speed of movement of the carousel.
